EU-Pacific HEI Alliance and International Offices Task Force
Establishment of an alliance network among universities in the EU and Pacific region through a joint office and steering committee. The goal is to strengthen long-term institutional cooperation and support the coordination of research and educational initiatives.
Joint Research Study
A research study focused on the application of the European Green Deal principles in the context of Pacific Island Countries. It will involve 400 participants, including academics, students, and practitioners.
Massive Open Online Course (MOOC)
A multidisciplinary online course composed of 8 modules on agri-tourism, primarily targeting students living in remote island areas. The course will be tested with 800 students and tailored to fields such as agriculture, tourism, and gastronomy.
Internship Protocol for Sustainability Practice
A practical internship scheme connecting students with local enterprises to apply theoretical knowledge in the field of sustainable agri-tourism. It will be pilot-tested with 48 student-enterprise pairs (96 participants in total).
