Joint Research Study

This research is conducted as part of the European project Agritour (www.agri-tour.eu). Its primary goal is to explore and understand the expectations and experiences related to rural tourism, and to investigate the varied meanings and perspectives people associate with the term "agritourism" in Fiji, Italy, Slovakia, Samoa, and Vanuatu.

Rural tourism refers to travel and leisure activities in the countryside, providing opportunities to experience farm life, traditional cuisine, nature-based activities, and authentic cultural exchanges. These experiences also promote sustainable development in rural areas.

Participation is entirely voluntary. All responses will be collected anonymously and used solely for research purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Participants may withdraw at any time without consequences, and their decision will not affect them in any way. By submitting the questionnaire, participants give informed consent for the data to be analyzed as part of the Agritour project.

Two questionnaire have been prepared:

  1. For Operators: https://forms.gle/nqh2Mu7nEnyM7zqZ6

  2. For students: https://forms.gle/JPFFFzhst1fR5T9M8
